Hey guys!

I’m so excited to coach & guide you along your fitness journey and watch you guys
become the better/ healthier version of you that you’ve always desired! So many times i’ve looked
for meal plans that turned out to be way too complex and complicated for my schedule and budget.
​
In my fitness plan we keep it simple. It covers meal and exercise so you basically just have to do it!
I’m going to teach you everything you need to know from ways
to budget and save money while being healthy, meal prepping, along with a
full menu of all my favorite meals I eat daily (Breakfast-Dinner)
a weekly set schedule/calendar explaining all of your meals for Breakfast- Dinner / Monday-Sunday,
a weekly schedule for full body fitness - Monday-Sunday (including lifting/cardio - reps & sets)
a menu with descriptive ingredients from your schedule + substitutes & extra meals,
along with a bunch of other tips/tricks &
surprises including contest and prizes that only you’ll be eligible for :)
And of course, i will be here 24/7 if you have any questions or need any help along the way.
